Guided Meditation to Eliminate Blocks to Realizing I AM (Self)
Greetings everyone
Kalyn and I are pleased to offer another process from the Oracle to help you connect with your I AM, the Divine Self that you are.
Often, old beliefs, emotional charges, and karmic stuck points stop us from fully realizing I AM, the immortal aspect of Self. Your I Am contains the blueprint for your purpose of coming into body. It is already complete with the guidance and empowerment you need to realize Self.
However, due to the dense timeframe we are currently in, most all humans have wounding and emotional charges caused by our conditioning growing up. As we grow up, we place an incredible amount of will into these inner children, or subpersonalities, hoping they will protect us from further pain.
As we are given free will, our Divine aspect, the I AM or Self (with a capital 'S'), will not override the will we have put into the fragmented, wounded parts of self. We must choose to let go of the will, release, and allow our I AM to enter and raise the frequency of the dense shadow-selves we all have.
This process from the Oracle will help you raise the frequency of any dense places to facilitate the realization of I AM or Self.
Please note that Oracle gave this process live to an international group of students. As a result, you may hear some background noise.
Enjoy!
Kris and Kalyn
Guided Meditation to Eliminate Blocks to Realizing I AM (Self)
Either You Make The Choice Or The Choice Makes You — What Choice Is That?
Is It Possible That, If You Make A Choice And Get Lead Off Your Path, You’ll Limit Yourself?
Last holiday season a relative was visiting my mom. I’d heard my mom talk about a few things, which, coupled with what I saw at the Thanksgiving dinner, were inauspicious signs.
My concern was that this person wasn’t making life choices for himself and that, at this stage in his life, it could lead to his exit (death).
Sure enough, within a couple of weeks, he went downhill fast, and a month later had passed.
Yes, I saw death coming and one of the things that most caught my attention was the fact that I also saw that, well before Thanksgiving, this had started. He’d had a continuous headache but no illness — still, his choices had set his path some time ago.
He hadn’t made the choice. What choice is that?
What I See
As a teacher of spirituality, I’m always Sherlocking life as best I can. Toltecs use the word stalking, but most people understand that, like Sherlock, who knew what happened, how, and why, Sherlocking means seeking to have the greatest awareness about as much as possible.
So, I sherlocked this event. What was most significant to me was that this was an adventurous man who would have liked to live longer. However, he had several failed marriages, and having retired, a true purpose or passion hadn’t replaced a central focus in life. Instead, he’d taken up a couple of interests and tried to convince himself that these would bring him meaning and make up for some of his past.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the way meaning and purpose work. We don’t get to make the best choice possible and have that fulfill us. There is no replacing what is authentically your passion and purpose.
The Life Purpose Challenge
Mind you, my relative was out of options; he was doing his best. There is little help or guidance on how to truly create a meaningful life for yourself. There is no “Handbook For Life,” If you don’t know what stirs your soul and you don’t know what your genuine passions are, then what do you do? Are you left with no recourse?
That’s the other thing: I saw that by choosing to try to “help” others and focus outside of himself, my relative led himself astray. For some, helping others is their authentic calling, but not necessarily for everyone. For some, working alone and being an author, a scientist, or a gardener indirectly helps others.
We are meant to focus on ourselves, and not having done so, I believe he ran out of life — he wasn’t done living, but he was out of steam. He loved life and had things he wanted to do, but they weren’t enough to counter the parts of his life, like his failed marriages, where things hadn’t been what he’d wanted. Work had been a successful area, but otherwise, like his marriages, my impression was that he enjoyed little fulfillment.
No matter how optimistic and fun-loving he was, I believe that he couldn’t make up for the parts of his life where he’d let himself down.
No, it’s not to say that you must make life be what you want it to be. That doesn’t work. We can’t force anything to be what we want, and even when we can, it doesn’t last.
Breathe Life Into Your Life
Life doesn’t make itself wonderful for you. Everyone has limitations, issues, and challenges: everyone also has opportunities.
Ultimately, though, problems and opportunities aren’t what life is really about. Smart people work through difficulties and recognize their opportunities. The choice requires more.
More than this, you must ‘breathe life into your life.’ Life is wonderful all on its own when you are observing the sun setting over the ocean. However, based on your choices, your life will bloom like a bouquet of flowers or leave you feeling like you have no blossoms.
In other words, if you don’t create some magic on your own, no one will create it for you. If you don’t seek your own purpose and meaning, then your own life will- like it did to my relative- feel like it let you down. More precisely, you’ll let yourself down. You can try to be happy about your life, but no amount of trying will counter how you genuinely feel.
So, Feel Empowered, Make The Choice
The choice is to own your life. To act like you are the CEO of your life. To set out to balance what you can influence in life and what you cannot in order to yield a life well-lived; a life with purpose and dominion. To listen to the guidance that aids you and unplug the false safety, security, and beliefs your ego uses to guide you.
Dominion is defined online as “A territory, usually of considerable size, in which a single rulership holds sway.”
Like a king or queen, you should be the sovereign of your own life. Also, like a king or queen, as sovereign, you are meant to hold a connection to divine help and guidance. Of course, your ‘territory’ would be your life. Being sovereign means looking after the welfare, prosperity, and growth of the people. It would mean taking care of yourself.
How do you connect to the divine? In life, we all have help, an Unseen Guidance Team (UGT). When you take the time to connect, meditate, pray, and listen, you will find the help you seek. This is a group of your guides, your Soul, Source, or whatever you call this force — though it can also include a human advisor or coach too. Your UGT (and maybe a human advisor) knows the choices you should make for yourself and that will bring meaning, purpose, and movement to your life.
Working with your UGT, coupled with Sherlocking your life, will help you have a different experience. Someone who chooses to be sovereign of themselves is making The Choice. In this co-creative position, your perspective, mindset, and life choices will be elevated.
When The Choices Make You
Again, school and our society don’t teach us how to become co-creators or make soul-filled choices. Most people don’t know how to teach this — we have to find it for ourselves. When someone has no direction and doesn’t know how to make life meaningful, as the years go by, life can become empty, whether you are a teenager, in your twenties, or your fifties. Without your own UGT, it is easy to let life make the choices for you. Unfortunately, this often means that you are coming from your ego. Ego-based choices hold limited information or wisdom.
Seek Your UGT
That UGT is here, waiting for you to connect. Seek it out by meditating, journaling, and going on walks in nature. Develop a connection through meditation or doing processes to increase your ability to ‘hear’ or receive guidance. Work with a spiritual advisor or coach who can assist you in developing your ability to communicate and connect with your team.
Doing so will enable you to come to the table of life, if you will, to meet with that team and co-create a life in which, as sovereign, you will be pleased and have a purpose.
Your choice will help your monarchy rein with prosperity, expansion, and divine joy.
